1. BOOKING & PAYMENT — Client shall pay a downpayment of 50% of the total service cost to book the booth. The balance is due on the day of the event.
2. BOOTH SETUP — Client shall allot a floor space of at least 4 x 4 meters with even flooring in a covered area for the booth. A nearby electrical socket is required. Supplier shall setup the booth 2 hours before the event start time and tear down the booth after the booth operation time has been finished.
3. TEMPLATES — Supplier will design custom templates or background, if availed, based on the Client’s event theme or submitted files.
4. DELIVERABLES — Unclaimed prints, guestbook, tarpaulin, shall be turned over to Client upon booth tear down. Photos taken at the booth are uploaded to a private gallery that Client and guests can access. Link shall be sent to Client after the event. Client must download all files taken from the booth within 2 months after the event.
5. LIABILITIES — Supplier guarantees 80% booth uptime. If booth uptime is between 50-80%, Supplier shall refund 50% of the booth rental payment. If uptime is below 50%, Supplier shall refund the total booth rental payment. Downtime, other than the Supplier’s fault, such as but not limited to power outages, venue restrictions, acts of God, excessive wind, rain, unruly crowd behavior, bomb threats, fire alarms, shall not warrant a refund. Damages to the booth and its equipment caused by rowdy guests shall be charged to Client.
6. CANCELLATIONS ̶ If Client cancels this agreement, the downpayment shall be forfeited. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the downpayment may be applied to the new date, provided that booth is still available and new date is within a 3-month period from the original date.
7. MEALS ̶ Client shall provide meals for the booth attendant/s during the event.
8. COPYRIGHT & MODEL RELEASE ̶ Supplier retains copyright to all images and videos taken at the booth and may reproduce any of these media files for the purposes o advertising, exhibitions or portfolio use.
